Finding a RENEGADE to share our mission is no easy task.

We look for applicants who not only have the required career experience for the role,

but who will also fit our company culture, which is based on our Core Values.

FIRST AND FOREMOST

Being curious and inquisitive is key to success at RENEGADE. We are a company that emphasizes continuous learning, and every day we reevaluate the assumptions underlying the way we do things, always looking for ways to improve. 


It may sound cliché, but at RENEGADE we view all problems as opportunities to build the company stronger. In fact, part of our company DNA is that we set ambitious goals that render existing practice no longer a workable solution for the future, thus demanding change and innovation.

SECOND

Given that we are always pushing our boundaries as a company, we also look hard for candidates who have a track record of being proactive and results-driven. We are both a lean and fast-growing organization, and need people inclined to get the job done. 


By contrast, people who hesitate to take action until they are told exactly what to do, who need close oversight, and who are fearful of failure do not work well at RENEGADE. Being proactive speaks to our values of Push Boundaries, Accept Only the Best, and ultimately Push Boundaries further.


THIRD

We look for colleagues who are personable and with whom we’d enjoy spending a lot of time. Working at RENEGADE requires a lot of collaboration, and while we don’t need a company of talk-show hosts, we do need folks who are social, engaging, hopefully quirky and individualistic, and ultimately great people to be around whether it’s late at night or at 4am in the morning. 


Our values of Have Fun and Enjoy the Journey capture the idea of having fun in the moment, and being grateful for the journey overall.


FINALLY

We look for candidates who are honest, self-aware, and confident enough in themselves to admit to their mistakes and evaluate their own strengths and weaknesses. We are a culture of people willing to take risks and work hard in order to improve and achieve great success, and this requires a culture where we are supportive of (rather than competitive with) each other. 


No matter how incredible someone’s relevant skills or work experience, if they are the type of person who looks out for themselves first, actively manages their image in the eyes of others, or alternately simply doesn’t know how their actions make others feel, they aren’t the right fit for RENEGADE.
